PHYSICAL EDUCATION
INTRODUCTION
               Physical education, also known as Phys Ed.P.E.Gym or Gym class, and known in many common wealth countries as physical training or PT, is an educational course related of maintaining the human body through physical exercises.
MEANING
          Physical education is a course taught in school that focuses on developing physical fitness and the ability to perform and enjoy day-to-day physical activities with ease.
THE NEED OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION
          Physical education forms an important part of modern education. Almost every school can boast of a playground, and one or two teams.
IMPORTANCE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TO STUDENTS
Physical education is of special importance to students.

AEROBICS
              Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness.

SEMESTER-2
YOGA
INTRODUCATION
             The true essence of yoga resolves around evolving the life force of at the base of the good body. Weight loss, a strong and flexible body health- whatever you may be looking for yoga has its offer.
YOGA
            Hindu philosophy that teacher a person to experience inner peace by controlling the body and mind
MEDICAL DICTIONARY OF YOGA
CAPITALIZED
            A Hindu theistic philosophy teaching the suppers ion of all activity of body, mind and will in order that the self may realize its distinction from and attain liberation.
PRE-CLASSICAL YOGA
         The beginning of yoga was developed by the Indus valley civilization in Northern India over 5,000 year ago.
CLASSICAL YOGA
            In the pre-classical stage, yoga was mishmash of various ideas, beliefs and techniques that often conflicted contradicted each other.
POST-CLASSICAL YOGA
               A few centuries often pat Anjali yoga masters created a system of practices designed to refuncanate the body and prolong life.MODERN PERIOD
          In the late 1800s and early 1900s yoga masters began to travel to the west attracting attention and followers.

HEALTH EDUCATION
INTRODUCTION
          There is a considerable confusion about the term health it is regarded by some person on the mere absence of disease.
DEFINITION
          Who define that health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing not merely the absence of disease or illness or deformity.
PERSONAL HYGIENE
            Personal hygiene may be defined as a branch of hygiene which concern itself with the adjustments which the individual must, take to improve preserve health of his body and mind.
