It was a good experience for me to take classes and to be in the free classes for substitution. Sometimes I really enjoyed with the students. I like to be in English medium classes because I think they were small in number and also they are well disciplined children. I have to appreciate my colleagues for the support they had given me. But I think the days given for the induction programme must be increase. This was only a limited period. The fact is that I dont know how to take classes . I can manage students in free periods and I went alone for the free period class when some went with friends to take shared classes. I dont know whether I can become a good teacher because I dont know how to communicate with the students and I feel communication gap. I finish my classes suddenly because I dont get words to communicate. Anyway I have to finish this.

I took Dr. Y. K. Singh's, teaching of social science to read and for reflection in this 4th sem. I think it is a good book for the teachers to develop. This book presents rhe problems of social study teacher and related to their classroom teaching program. I recommend this book to all social science teachers.
