FIVE DAYS SCHOOL INDUCTION PROGRAMME AT THAMARAKUDY S.V.VH.S.S.SCHOOL 08.01.2018 - 13.01.2018 It was a good experience for me to take classes and to be in the free classes for substitution. Sometimes I really enjoyed with the students. I like to be in English medium classes because I think they were small in number and also they are well disciplined children. I have to appreciate my colleagues for the support they had given me. But I think the days given for the induction programme must be increase. This was only a limited period. The fact is that I dont know how to take classes . I can manage students in free periods and I went alone for the free period class when some went with friends to take shared classes. I dont know whether I can become a good teacher because I dont know how to communicate with the students and I feel communication gap. I finish my classes suddenly because I dont get words to communicate. Anyway I have to finish this.
